This Capital Area ADRC Network consists of an open and inclusive network of providers and other interested parties who participate on a bi-monthly meeting basis and/or are kept informed via meeting minutes and announcements. Meetings are held the second Tuesdays of odd numbered months, except for July and some rare exceptions.

The purpose of the Collaborative is to come together to network, educate and share resources for people age 60 and over and adults 18 or older with a disability or chronic condition.

Here is some information on the Aging and Disability Resource Center.

CAADRC meets the second Tuesday of each odd-numbered month.
Our next meeting is November 8th, 2011
Location is at DHHS, 41 Anthony Ave., Augusta

Some of the topics we are considering for future meetings are:

  • Senior College
  • Video and training "If I Tell"  on sexual assault on the disabled.
  • Iris Network
  • Youth transitions
